You can use the app on multiple devices with your Krow account. However, you cannot use it on multiple devices at the same time.

Can I update my goal?

Goals are prepared for 21 days. If you wish, you can update your goal information even before the 21 days are completed.

I entered my department incorrectly, can I correct it?

Since the sections are assigned to users through their accounts, they cannot be corrected later.

Can I update my username?

You can update usernames at any time from the profile editing section in the settings screen on the profile.

How can I keep my account safe?

The most important way to keep your account secure is to use a strong password. Remember to change your password regularly and not to share it with others. Additionally, enabling extra security measures such as two-factor authentication will also help protect your account.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

If you are logging in with email instead of logging in with Google and Apple, your password will be created. If you have logged in this way and forgotten your password, you can reset your password from the 'I forgot my password' section on the screen where you entered your password.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, the email, name, and username can be updated from the profile editing section.
